When the throttle valve is adjusted and locked, sometimes the flow is unstable, especially at the minimum stable flow. The main reason is that the locking device is loose, the throttle is partially blocked, and the oil The temperature rises, the minimum pressure difference between the inlet and outlet oil chambers is too low, and the inlet and outlet oil chambers are connected reversely.


1. To ensure the control accuracy of the speed control valve on the flow (that is, the speed of the actuator cylinder), a certain pressure difference (minimum pressure difference between entering and leaving the oil chamber, which means that the throttle is fully open, when the nominal flow is passed, the valve enters and exits 5MPa。 Pressure difference of the oil chamber); ordinary speed control valve, the pressure difference should not be less than 0. 5MPa. The high-precision speed control valve has a pressure difference of up to 1MPa. In addition, when the ambient temperature changes relatively large, select a speed control valve with temperature compensation. Note: If the pressure difference is too low, the part of the pressure reducing valve cannot work normally, and the throttle valve cannot be effectively compensated for pressure, which will affect the stability of the hydraulic system of the hydraulic station.

If the actual flow rate of the valve is determined to be small, the valve size (capacity) will be selected too small, the partial pressure loss of the valve will be too large, and the oil temperature will be too high. In severe cases, the hydraulic system of the hydraulic station will not be normal. jobs. The actual flow through the valve (not the flow of the pump) should be used as one of the main parameters of the selection valve.


3. The working pressure and flow rate of the control valve should not exceed its rated value. If the working pressure and flow rate of the flow control valve exceed its rated value, it is easy to cause hydraulic clamping and hydraulic power, which will adversely affect the working quality of the control valve.


4. Note that there is a flow jump phenomenon when the ordinary speed control valve is started. This flow jump phenomenon will affect the smoothness of the actuator cylinder speed. To this end, corresponding measures should be taken.
